Automatic nail making machine is high-speed and professional equipment for making round nails. The products it produced are in line with national standards of GB349.

£¨3£©. The drive system, structure of main parts and the adjustment of automatic nail making machine

1. The drive system (Figure 1)

The motor drive pulley (2, 3) makes the crank axle (4) rotate, then connected by the crank rod (11) to let the slider (12) make reciprocating motion. The slider proceeds to the head of the nail blank of heading punch.

Because of the drive of the bevel gear (5, 6-8, 9), the crank axle drives the left and right lateral axis to rotate synchronously. The turning of the scissors cam of the two lateral axis let the left and right scissors make reciprocating movement. The scissors close and cut off the blank to form the nail point. At the same time, the press cam of the left lateral axis (17) grasps the nail mode tightly, fixing the blank, cooperating with the forging, cutting action.

The meshing of the bevel gear (20, 21) makes the eccentric disc (22) turning to drive the movement of the slider (25) on the feeding frame. At the same time, the trapper cam (26) of the right lateral axis rolling to control the feeding unloading cutter frame (28) to clamp raw material feed. The whole mechanism cooperates with each other and the action cycling.

2. Straightening mechanism (Figure 6)

Straightening mechanism is positioned in the front of the machine, loosening the clamp (07-3, 07-9) and inducing wires, adjusting the screw to the proper position. Take vertical and horizontal correction of the two groups of wheel on the blank to ensure the straight and upright of the wire.

3. Inlet wire mechanism (Figure 7)

After wire straightening, the unloading cutter frame of the inlet and outlet line mechanism (08-9) is introduced into the die holder of the body, clamped, punched and forged to form by the nail mode.

Wire clamping mechanism drives the eccentric wheel (08-16) to turn by the drive of bevel gear of the end of the left lateral axis, connected by the connecting rod (08- I 3), inlet line carriage making straight reciprocating motion.

At the same time, the feeding cam of the right lateral axis (04-5) makes the unloading cutter frame deflect in the effect of spring (08-29, 08-34) by the function of swing link (08-24, 08-27), the unloading cutter clamping the wire and feeding in the process of forwarding with inlet line carriage.

When the machine needs to be adjusted and checked, moving the handle (08-26) to make the upper end of roller of the swing link (08-27) disconnect with the feeding cam. The unloading cutter frame rollback in the function of spring (08-34), the unloading cutter departing from the wire, stopping feeding!

The inlet wire cam bite and lock by the face gear of its end. When the machine testing run, according to the cooperation of the mechanism, we can make appropriate adjustments to let the feeding cam to deflect to a certain degree, so that make the circular motion coordinate.

4. Right and left opening and closing mold move in the die holder (09-16). The die holder is fixed on the body by media nail (09-27), the capturing mode cam (03-8) of the left lateral axis driving, through the swing of the lever (09-I) to make the end media nail (09-3), drag hook (09-21) to push and pull the active mode to move, to achieve the purpose of clamping, loosening the wire. So cooperate with the forming action of scissors and punch.

Adjusting screw (09- ) can adjust the degree of clamping of the mold.

Adjusting screw (09- 14) can adjust the eccentric position of the left and right of the mode.

Adjusting screw (09- 15) can adjust the upper and lower position of the mold open

5. Punch Mechanism (Figure 9)

The main slider is in the center of the body, making reciprocating motion in the sliding groove.

The length of the punch in the front end of the slider can be adjusted, according to the wire diameter to adjust the punch nut (05-3) and the space between the punch and mold. So we can control the thickness of the nail head of the forged round nails. And when the car is stuffy, loosening the nut punch and let the machine export the dead center.

6. Cutting mechanism (Figure 10)

The cutting mechanism is composed of the left and right scissors seats. The scissors cams of the lateral axis of the two sides drive the link rod to make the slider reciprocate, when the two scissors move closely to achieve the purpose of cutting material, and to make the nail tip forming.

In order to adjust the cutting center

Adjusting the screw (M8x40) to adjust the right and left position of the cutting center

Adjusting the screw (06-2) to adjust the upper and lower position of the cutting center

Adjusting the screw (06-6) to let the scissors move back and forth, to control the length of the blank of the nail head.

7. Drive system (Figure 11)

The motor is arranged on the back of the machine seat, to let the crank rotate through the belt pulley.

The floor hinge of the motor bearing seat is connected with the machine seat, when the belt loosens, adjusting media nail (11-12) to tension belt, to prevent slipping.

8. The mechanism of the crank axle and the lateral axis (Figure 12)

The bearings of the crank axle and the right and left lateral axis are rolling bearings, that being suitable for high-speed operation, the transmission being light, and being easy to maintain.

9. The mechanism of backing out nail(Figure 13)

The finished nail that cut off is fetched down to transverse nail and exhausted the machine by the extrusion machine forced down by the punch of the slider.

Extrusion device (10~6) is reset by drag spring.

10. The electrical principle (Figure 14)

The main drive motor of the automatic nail making machine is controlled by magnetic starter, playing zero - voltage protection. The thermal relay makes circuit breaker protection for the overload load of the motor. The machine operates and presses the “Start”, “Stop” button.

£¨4£© .The installation of automatic nail making machine

Automatic nail making machine is high speed automatic machine. In order to ensure the safety of the production, it requires the smooth operation. In order to prevent vibration, the machine must be firmly installed in the ground and maintained plane.

£¨5£© .The lubrication of automatic nail making machine

All the motion friction surfaces of the automatic nail making machine must be timely charged fuel and lubricated, to ensure the precision of machine and working reliability and working life of the machine.

After the installation of the new automatic nail making machine, it is recommended that in the first 15 working days, taking a lot of lubrication, then timely and systematic to lubricate according to the lubrication maintenance system in the process of running.

£¨6£©. The preservation, maintenance and safety operation of automatic nail making machine

(1) When convey the automatic nail making machine, it must be handled with care, to be maintained smoothly when lifting.

(2) Installing the protective cover timely after fixing the machine.

(3) Taking a comprehensive inspection on the fastening of every connection, the screw, nut must not have loose phenomenon.

(4) Tools and debris can’t be piled up above the machine.

(5) Each lubricating point must be oiled before driving machine.

(6) Before driving, moving the flywheel manually to check if the machine operation is coordinated, if there is fault. Checking the running direction of the flywheel, do not reverse.

(7) After driving, when the flywheel operates normally can link up the feeding mechanism to feed.

(8) Pay attention to the temperature change of the friction parts of the transmission parts, timely lubricating to ensure the contact is good.

(9) If there is abnormal impacting sound, you should immediately stop to check, troubleshooting problems.

(10) Shall not replace the tool, mold in operation.

(11) The working of cleaning and maintaining must be carried out after stopping.

(12) If the adjustment of the machine is improper, top pressing slider blocking run in the “dead center” position, you should press the “Stop” button timely, special exporting the dead center, after proper adjustment to press the “Start” button to drive and operate.

£¨7£©. Lubrication system

1.To set the time base on the actual situation of the usage of oil .Long press the botton”set”, let the pump to be on ready, short press botton “set” to set up the time.Pressto set up the time interval(0-999minuts)(suggest more than 15 minutes).Long press botton”set” to set up the lubricating time(0-999seconds)(suggest less than 120seconds).At last, long press the botton”set” to save the time.

2.Press botton”RST” to begin to lubricate the machine

3.If alerter make sound discontinuously , there shows words”ERO” means there is lack of oil, pls fill the oil into the tank.

4.If find there is a lot of bubble into the oil tube or there is abnormal sound , pls clean the filtrating screen.Clean the tank and filtrating screen every two months.
